What I do

Three problems, in the order they are worth solving.

These are not packages, and they are not things you buy all at once. They are the three places a small business loses customers online, arranged in the order that fixing them actually works.

The order matters more than people expect. Sending more visitors to a site that does not convert is expensive. Automating a process nobody has measured makes the wrong thing happen faster. Almost every wasted pound I see in small-business marketing comes from starting at the wrong end of this list.

  1. 01

    Get Found

Online presence that earns the click

Show up where people are already looking, and give them a reason to pick you in the first few seconds.

    • A message a stranger understands immediately
    • A website that works properly on a phone
    • Your Google Business Profile claimed and finished
    • Consistent details everywhere you appear
    • The technical basics that get skipped
    What this involves
  2. 02

    Get Chosen

    Turn visits into conversations

Make the next step obvious, capture every enquiry, and answer it before your competitor does.

    • An enquiry path that provably works
    • One obvious next step on every page
    • More than one way to get in touch
    • Fast, reliable first replies
    • Knowing where each enquiry came from
    What this involves
  3. 03

    Get Consistent

Make what works happen every time

Write down what is already working, then let software handle the repetitive parts — not the human ones.

    • The few processes that carry your business, written down
    • Steps that exist for no reason, removed
    • Repetitive work handed to software — the human parts kept human
    • Cover for the calls you cannot take
    • Everything in your accounts, in your name
    What this involves

Which one do you need?

Most businesses need one of these considerably more than the other two, and it is usually not the one they came looking for. People arrive convinced they need a new website when the actual problem is that enquiries are going to an inbox nobody reads.

The Presence Check exists to answer this before either of us has spent anything. Ten questions about your own business, answered by looking at it the way a customer would. It tells you which of the three is costing you the most right now, and what specifically to do about it.

If the answer is that you are in decent shape and do not need me, it will tell you that too. I would rather you knew.
